Early in the summer I was approached for a dream piece of work: a series of illustrations for a new restaurant set to open next door to Battersea Power Station in November. Back then, with long days and warm weather, November seemed forever away – but now it’s almost the end of the month and the restaurant has opened it’s doors.
I was commissioned to make three drawings for FIUME; one showing what the restaurant might look like from the outside; one showing how the interior would appear; one illustrating the view onto the River Thames via the lovely terrace. Here’s how they turned out…
You can also find my illustrations through the FIUME menu, and a little map showing how to get there on there website.
